Binaural beat
Binaural(both ear) , beat(frequency difference)
3. ∆ frequency= 7-13 Hz (alpha)
4. ∆ frequency= 13-40 Hz (beta)
5. ∆ frequency= >40Hz (Gamma)
What are binaural beats?
If we listen a sound of slightly different frequency in both ear, as a result wobbling / pulsating sound perceive are called binaural beats.
i.e,
Suppose , I listen a sound of frequency 200Hz in left ear and 210Hz in wright ear.
Frequency difference = 210-200 =10Hz

On the basis of this frequency different binaural beats are of 5 types. Delta < theta < alpha <beta < gamma (∆Hz).
Here delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma are wave frequency perceived by brain .
Recommended
Listen 10-15 minute regularly (any one type) atleast for 10 day .
If you wish to listen multiple binaural beat in a day , you must maintain a gap of atleast 1 hour.
